Box Office
The 5th Avenue Theatre Box Office is located under the Theatre marquee at 1308 5th Avenue (between Union and University streets) in downtown Seattle. The Box Office is open for in-person transactions with no added service fees.
Ticketing Phone Center
Our friendly in-house phone center staff is available for single ticket sales, season subscription packages, gift certificates, season ticket exchanges, and to answer questions about show running times. Service fees may apply.
Ticket Information
Please plan your ticket purchases carefully. All sales are final. There are no refunds, and exchanges are only available to subscribers.

To purchase tickets online you will be asked to establish an account. Please use your email address and a personal password of your choice.

The 5th Avenue Theatre operates its own in-house ticketing service. Our online service provides safe and secure transactions. When ordering online you have access to the same best available ticket inventory as our telephone sales representatives. If some performances are close to being sold out, we will take the performance off sale online and make the few remaining tickets available only at our box office or by phone.
Ticket Agencies and Brokers
We do not allocate tickets to outside ticket agencies, brokers or resellers, except on occasion to Ticketmaster. Please be aware that ticket brokers and agencies may add substantial fees on top of the full-price they paid at our box office for the tickets they are reselling. We have no control over the fees they charge customers. We cannot verify the authenticity of tickets purchased from agencies or brokers.
Facility and Service Fees
Each ticket will be assessed a facility fee of $2.50, and tickets sold online and by phone will be assessed a service fee of $4.50. Facility fees are used to maintain our historic theater. Service fees are used to cover the considerable costs of providing online and telephone services. The cost of mailing tickets is included in the service fee. Service fees are not charged on tickets purchased in person at our box office at 1308 5th Avenue in downtown Seattle.
