Developed for the serious dancer interested in the many styles of American musical theater dance. Daily classes focus on strength building, technique and choreography through the decades. Students study ballet, jazz and tap, as well as special master classes in Brazilian dance, hip hop, yoga for the dancer and the choreography of Jerome Robbins and Bob Fosse. Courses in dance history and critique round out this one-week immersion. Acceptance into the Musical Theater Dance Intensive is by audition only.
