Lone Star Love

September 8 - 30, 2007

"Oh, what a heart so true.
What a cowboy wouldn't do.
I know that I’ve got to make her mine."

Lone Star Love

Academy Award nominee Randy Quaid stars in the foot-stomping new Broadway-bound musical comedy LONE STAR LOVE. Inspired by Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor, LONE STAR LOVE is transplanted to the Wild West shortly after the Civil War. Quaid, as Confederate “Colonel” John Falstaff, works his charms on the wives of two wealthy cattle ranchers, with an eye on their husbands’ land and money. Featured on stage are Tony Award-winners The Red Clay Ramblers – whose eclectic repertory mixes Bluegrass, New Orleans, classical folk and gospel.
