How to Renew Your Subscription
The 2008-2009 Season ticket renewal packets have been mailed. When you receive yours, please verify that your contact and subscription information is correct on the enclosed invoice. Then review your current series and seats and follow the instructions below to complete your order.
Section 1: Number of Shows
Select the number of shows you wish to see (4, 5 or 7 for the price of 6). Then select the show titles to include in your season subscription.
Section 2: Seating
Choose an Exact Renewal (A) or Change Renewal (B).
All requests for seating and series changes must be made in writing. If requesting a change in seating or series, note your request on the lines provided. Indicate the series you would like to switch to and/or the general area of the theater where you would prefer seating. If possible, provide a second choice. Please note: some seating changes are dependent on the renewal decisions of other subscribers and may not be available. Seating requests are processed based on subscription longevity, donation history and date-received order.
Section 3: Payment
Calculate your total payment and choose your payment option.
Installment Payments: Check the installment payment box and include the first payment with your renewal order. To calculate payments, divide your subscription series total by two and add an $8.00 handling fee to each of the two payment amounts. Balance is due May 1, 2008. If you pay by credit card, you will be charged automatically. Checks should be mailed to arrive by May 1, 2008.
When you have completed your order, mail your form and payment in the envelope enclosed with your renewal packet. If you are renewing your same seats and series, regardless of the number of shows in your package, you may renew by phone at (206) 625-1900. We must receive all other change requests in writing.
Priority Referral Form
Family and friends of subscribers who wish to subscribe under their own names are eligible for priority seating over new subscribers. To qualify, they must send their order to the theater with a
priority referral form before March 21, 2008.

Previews
Previews are the first few performances of a show in front of an audience and before the official opening night. At previews, the director and designers are still fine-tuning the production. Be a part of shaping the show, and save money too.
Q Club Second Friday Evening
Join other members of the LGBT community to toast the best of Broadway at festive pre-performance receptions, featuring show-themed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Limited availability.
Second Sunday Talkbacks Second Sunday Evening
Join the cast and creative team for a lively post-show discussion.
30-Or-Under For $30
Are you age 30 or under? Subscribe on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday evening for only $30 per show with all the benefits! Price does not include SHREK THE MUSICAL but this show may be added to your package for $77 per seat.
Some restrictions apply. Seats will be assigned after all other subscriptions are processed. Valid ID required. Limit one 30-or-under package per person.
