Subscribe to four or more shows and receive free parking in all of the garages shown on the parking map. (A value of $63)

Free Ticket Exchanges

You may exchange tickets up to 24 hours in advance - at no additional service fee:

  • By phone: Call 206.625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX. Your new tickets will be held for up to five business days; your old tickets must be either mailed or returned to the box office in person to complete the exchange.
  • In person: Exchange your tickets at the box office.
  • By mail: Mail a completed Subscriber Ticket Exchange Form (237k pdf) or a note with your request to: The 5th Avenue Theatre / Ticket Exchange Department / 1308 5th Avenue / Seattle, WA 98101. Include your tickets, Subscriber Account Number, daytime phone number, a check or credit card number to cover any amount due, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

For All Exchanges

  • We must have your tickets no later than 24 hours before curtain time.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged after your performance date has passed and are non-refundable.
  • You must return your original tickets to us by mail or in person.
  • Tickets may be exchanged only for a performance of the same production.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We regret that we can't offer a refund if you change to a lower-priced performance or section. If you're changing to a higher-priced performance or section, the difference will be charged to you.

Subscriber ID Card

Your card, which is attached to your season tickets, allows you to take advantage of subscriber discounts.

Subscriber Account Number

Your account number appears at the top of your Subscriber ID Card. Please have your number ready when calling the box office.

Online Access

It's easy to purchase additional show tickets and receive your subscriber discount. Visit our Sign In page and use the temporary login name and password printed on your season ticket sheet. Then you'll be prompted to create a new account name and password.

Ticket Purchases

You may purchase additional show tickets at 10% off the regular price. Service fees apply when purchasing online or by phone.

You may order additional tickets in advance of the general public or exchange your tickets starting on the dates listed:

Replacing Lost Tickets

Have you lost or misplaced your tickets? Don't worry! Just before the date of your performance and we’ll authorize a replacement that you may pick up just prior to your performance. Lost tickets may not be exchanged.

Donating Your Tickets

Your reserved seats are in great demand! If you are unable to attend a show or exchange your tickets for another performance, you may donate them to The 5th and receive a tax deductible receipt for your income taxes. Please call 206. 625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX before the performance. Tickets are non-refundable.

Dining Discounts

  • As a season subscriber, you're entitled to discounts at participating restaurants. Please refer to your recent Subscriber Newsletter for offer details.
  • Dining coupons are attached to your season tickets. Additional coupons are available from the box office or can be found in your Subscriber Newsletter.
  • Please present your dining coupon(s) to your server when ordering.
  • Discounts are honored once per restaurant, per show, per patron, and are not valid with any other offers. (Most restaurants require one coupon per patron.)
  • When making reservations, be sure to allow ample time for dining. All shows start promptly.
  • For Sunday shows, we recommend that you confirm the restaurant's hours.
