Free Ticket Exchanges
You may exchange tickets up to 24 hours in advance - at no additional service fee:
- By phone: Call the Ticketing Center at 206.625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX. You must have your Season Ticket Account ID Number and your ticket(s) in hand. A ticketing associate will reserve new tickets and then request specific information to be read off the ticket(s) you have in front of you. Once the order is completed over the phone you have the option to receive the new tickets via Print at Home, by mail or picked up at the box office.
- In person: Exchange your tickets at the box office.No exchanges are processed two hours prior to a performance.
- By mail: Mail a completed Season Ticket Exchange Form (237k pdf) or a note with your request to: The 5th Avenue Theatre / Ticket Exchange Department / 1308 5th Avenue / Seattle, WA 98101. Include your tickets, Season Ticket Account Number, daytime phone number, a check or credit card number to cover any amount due, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
For All Ticket Exchanges
- Please remember that tickets must be exchanged no later than 24 hours before the curtain time of your scheduled performance.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged after your performance date has passed and are non-refundable.
- No exchanges are processed two hours prior to a performance.
- Tickets may be exchanged only for a performance of the same production.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- We regret that we can't offer a refund if you change to a lower-priced performance or section. If you're changing to a higher-priced performance or section, the difference will be charged to you.
Season Ticket Holder ID Card
Your card, which is attached to your season tickets, allows you to take advantage of season ticket holders discounts.
Season Ticket Account Number
Your account number appears at the top of your ID Card. Please have your number ready when calling the box office.
Online Access
It's easy to purchase additional show tickets and receive your season ticket holders discount. Visit our Sign In page and use the temporary login name and password printed on your season ticket sheet. Then you'll be prompted to create a new account name and password.
Ticket Purchases
You may purchase additional show tickets at 10% off the regular price. Service fees apply when purchasing online or by phone.

Replacing Lost Tickets
Have you lost or misplaced your tickets? Don't worry! Just before the date of your performance and we'll authorize a replacement that you may pick up just prior to your performance. Lost tickets may not be exchanged.
Donating Your Tickets
Your reserved seats are in great demand! If you are unable to attend a show or exchange your tickets for another performance, you may donate them to The 5th and receive a tax deductible receipt for your income taxes. Please call 206. 625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX before the performance. Tickets are non-refundable.
Dining Discounts
- As a season ticket holder, you're entitled to discounts at participating restaurants. Click here for a list of participating restaurants.
- Dining coupons are in the center of your season ticket guide. Additional coupons are available from the box office, in your Newsletter or can be downloaded here.
- Please present your dining coupon(s) and season ticket holder ID card to your server when ordering.
- Discounts are honored once per restaurant, per show, per patron, and are not valid with any other offers. (Most restaurants require one coupon per patron.)
- When making reservations, be sure to allow ample time for dining. All shows start promptly.
- For Sunday shows, we recommend that you confirm the restaurant's hours.
